We treat all reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) seriously, and are committed to working with customers affected by anti-social behaviour to tackle the problem together with the help of other agencies as required. In the year Ocean dealt with over 150 incidents of anti-social behaviour, with more than 80% of customers being satisfied with the service provided
We recognise that people who are affected by or commit anti-social behaviour can be vulnerable and may require extra advice and support from Ocean and other agencies.
Ocean’s Tenancy Sustainment service aims to tackle anti-socal behaviour and its causes. In addition the service works with customers and their families who may be vulnerable, and this may include referring to other statutory agencies including Adults and Childrens’ Safeguarding agencies when we believe a vulnerable person is at risk of harm.
