The team has developed a particular expertise in the design of low energy housing incorporating high insulation timber frames and cladding systems, solar water heating systems, ground-source and air-source heating systems and other new technologies.This has led to the selection of one of our schemes, Cheviot Road, Newquay, as a finalist in the 2009 Sustainable Housing Awards.
Our consultancy service also provides support to Advantage South West, the company’s jointly-owned procurement vehicle to provide modern methods of construction to the house building sector. Advantage South West was the inaugural winner, in 2006, of the Housing Corporation’s gold Award for innovation in Procurement.
