You can pay your rent in 5 different ways:-
1. Swipe Card - we will provide you with a swipe card to pay rent in cash or by cheque at your local post office.
2. Direct Debit - Your rent for the whole year is added together and divided into 12 equal payments, which are collected automatically from your bank account on the first working day of the month.
3. Standing Order - Your payments are calculated the same as for Direct Debit, but you have to fill in the bank mandate each time your rent changes and give it to your bank. You can choose between weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, and also the day that the payment is made.
4. Post - Cheques and Postal Orders can be sent to: Ocean Housing Ltd, Stennack House, Stennack Road, St Austell PL25 3SW.
5. On-Line via the Alliance & Leicester Bill Pay service
Pay your rent online
We now have the facility for you to pay your rent online, via the Alliance & Leicester BillPay service.
You will need to follow the simple account setup process on the BillPay website, and use the 19 digit reference number from your Rent Payment Card - don't worry, you only have to enter the number once.
Please make sure you type the correct reference number from your own Rent Payment Card
