The rent you pay is calculated according to the size of your home, its value, location and amenities such as central heating. It is due weekly although you can pay fortnightly or monthly as long as it’s in advance.
Rent is calculated over 48 weeks which means that there are four "rent free" weeks each year – usually two at Christmas and two in March, but this may vary.
Your rent is our main source of income and we use it to pay for the ongoing maintenance and repairs service and to cover our administration and management costs. Some of it is also used to repay the money we borrowed, when we bought your home.
