Latest news from the Tenant Services Authority and the National Conversation

Ocean tenants along with other tenants across England have taken part in a series of events this year called the ‘National Conversation’, giving their opinions on what matters to them in terms of housing and the services they receive.

The events were held by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), the social housing watchdog, which has produced a document based on the tenant feedback, setting out proposals for a new regulatory framework. This will ensure standards are improved and that tenants right across the country are fully involved in the decisions made that effect their homes and services.

At Ocean we will be actively seeking your views on the TSA proposals between now and the 5 February 2010.
