Ocean Housing currently delivers Development and Homebuy Shared Ownership marketing and sales services to the Ocean Group.
The development team is responsible for delivering a programme of over 150 new homes per year, of which around 60% are grant funded via the Housing Corporation's National Affordable Housing Programme. The team has demonstrated an ability not only to meet. but to exceed programme targets and is currently delivering schemes across Cornwall.
