Building homes for local people is one of our main priorities and we are committed to a programme of 150 new affordable homes a year for the next 5 years. Although most will be for rent, some will be offered for sale under Shared Ownership.
Ocean is part of the Cornwall Homechoice choice-based letting partnership, which offers applicants the benefit of choice in where they may wish to live and operates across all of Cornwall. Cornwall Homechoice consists of only one Housing Register for applicants to register upon and this means that, once registered with Cornwall Homechoice, an applicant can apply for homes in any of the areas covered by the scheme.
