We are an innovative social enterprise that has invested almost £200 million into the local economy, building new houses and improving existing homes for around 4,000 families.

We provide a range of services for our residents, from training opportunities to leisure activities, helping them enjoy their homes and the communities they live in. Having celebrated our 10th birthday in 2010, we are looking forward to expanding further, increasing opportunities of homes and jobs in the county

Awards Success for Ocean

At the Excellence in Business Awards hosted by Cornwall College, the Ocean Group received two awards for Outstanding Commitment to Training (SME) and for Excellence in Environmental Training, and was runner-up for Outstanding Commitment to Apprenticeships.

Penwithick goes Green

The Penwithick project will be the first of its kind, providing private homeowners the chance to receive up to £10,000 worth of energy saving technology in their homes from insulation to ground source heating technology.

First Aid skills for life

First aid training can make all the difference in an emergency. That’s why we are teaming up with St John Ambulance to run a FREE two hour training session for our younger residents aged between 7 and 14 years old
