New Fleet for Ocean
Ocean Group is taking delivery of a new fleet of more than 100 smartly liveried vans for its two commercial companies Ocean Services and Gilbert & Goode Construction.

Pupils at Fowey Primary School have been planting up new raised beds that have been built especially for them by Gilbert & Goode Construction, the building arm of Ocean Housing. As part of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, Gilbert & Goode has also taken pupils on site visits and given health and safety talks.

Foxhole pupils look to the future
Pupils from Foxhole Primary School have had great fun collecting artefacts for a time capsule that they helped to bury in their village today. The event celebrates the completion of 21 new affordable homes in Foxhole and the capsule will be opened by residents in 2109

St Day School Making History
Pupils from St Day & Carharrack Community School helped to bury a time capsule that marks 19 new affordable homes in their village. The capsule will be unearthed in 2109 and pupils have been selecting items that will give future generations a snapshot of what life was like.

Status Survey 2008
In 2008, Ocean Housing commissioned Feedback Services to carry out a STATUS survey. Both the general needs tenants and sheltered tenants were included in the survey, which took place between October and November 2008.
