The Ocean Housing Group and its subsidiary companies subscribe to the view that good governance and sound financial management is the cornerstones of a successful business and essential to its sustained growth and diversification.
All Group companies strictly adhere to the principals of good governance as set out in the guide: Competence and Accountability 2004 published by the National Housing Federation.
The Group also has a strong tradition of independently testing, validating and comparing its service delivery and performance with that of similar sized organisations. This testing is done via HouseMark, Checkmate and the National Housing Federation’s STATUS tenants’ satisfaction survey.
